When to expect a reply
Editorial messages are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday, in US Eastern time. Weekend emails usually get a reply the following Monday. If a message is urgent — for example a factual correction that could mislead a reader — mark the subject line with the word CORRECTION and we will push it to the top of the queue.
Media and partnership requests
Press officers, PR agencies and payment partners should use media@csgo-roll.org. Please include your organisation, the specific page or claim you want to discuss, and whether the request is on-record or background. We do not accept paid placements inside review content and we do not sell links. We do publish disclosed reviews of new platforms when they match our audience.
Contact form
If you prefer not to use email, the contact form on this page sends a message directly to the editorial inbox with the same fields a reply needs — your email, a one-line subject, and the body. We do not resell your address, we do not add it to any marketing list, and the form page does not drop any third-party tracking cookies, so you can write to us without agreeing to anything else.

We do not run a phone line because almost every question we get is better handled in writing — screenshots, URLs and timestamps are easier to share by email than to read out loud.
