What to prepare before you write
Before you type a single word of your complaint, open a folder and drop in the following: the exact email address and username on your Csgo Roll account, the dates and amounts of the deposits and the withdrawals you are disputing, screenshots of the chat or the error message that triggered the problem, the terms clause you believe the operator applied incorrectly, and a short timeline of what you have already tried. A complaint built on dates and screenshots is answered; one built on frustration gets a boilerplate reply.
Step two — escalation inside the operator
If the first support agent cannot help, ask explicitly for the ticket to be escalated to the complaints manager or the payments supervisor. Request a written response rather than a chat transcript. If the operator holds a Curacao, Isle of Man or Malta licence, their terms will name a complaints officer and a target reply window — hold them to it. If fifteen working days go by without a substantive answer, treat the internal process as exhausted and move to the external bodies listed below.
What this page can and cannot do
This page is a map, not a court. csgo-roll.org is an independent affiliate review site; we do not operate Csgo Roll, we do not hold customer funds, we do not open accounts and we do not approve withdrawals. If you believe Csgo Roll owes you money, if a bonus was voided without a reason, or if your account was closed, the operator is the only party that can resolve the dispute — not us. What we can do is tell you how to prepare a complaint that actually gets read, where to send it, what to expect, and which third-party bodies will take over if the operator does not reply.
Step three — third-party dispute bodies
Many CS:GO gambling platforms list an alternative dispute-resolution body in the footer of their website. For Curacao-licensed operators the first stop is the Curacao Gaming Control Board at gamingcontrolcuracao.org. For sites licensed in Malta, the Malta Gaming Authority offers a Player Support service at mga.org.mt. Independent arbitration services such as eCOGRA (ecogra.org) and IBAS (ibas-uk.com) can mediate disputes free of charge once the operator process is exhausted. In the United States you can also file a complaint with your state's gaming regulator and, for payment-card disputes, with your issuing bank; the chargeback window is usually sixty days from the transaction. If you deposited in cryptocurrency, keep the on-chain transaction identifier handy — the operator cannot credibly deny receipt once that identifier matches a block confirmation. Keep every reply in writing — a third-party body will ask for the full paper trail before it opens a case. Expect the external process to run between four and twelve weeks for most straightforward withdrawal disputes, and longer if the operator contests the facts. During that time, resist the temptation to open a parallel complaint through social media; public and private tracks tend to confuse each other and slow the written one that actually produces a binding decision. Finally, do not open a second account on the operator while your first one is in dispute, do not accept a goodwill bonus credit in place of the money you were owed unless you make that trade explicitly in writing, and do not share your password or two-factor codes with anyone offering to help — genuine mediators never ask for either, and any of these three mistakes will give the operator grounds to argue that the complaint was filed in bad faith.
Step one — write to the operator
Open a ticket through the Csgo Roll support channel first, in writing, using the email address attached to your account. Reference the specific transaction identifier if you have one. Attach your evidence folder. Ask for a case number and a target reply date in your first message. Keep the tone matter-of-fact: payment-processing teams move faster on polite requests than on angry ones. Most operator-side complaints are resolved within five working days when the facts are clear and the paperwork is complete.
